Spoilies' Charitible Donations
We want to donate to your preferred charity and we welcome the opportunity to hear from you of who that is, whether it be to WWF, animal abuse charities, animal shelters, ASPCA, Animal Redcross, PETA or any other charitie of your choice that support our cause and our tremendous love and support for all animals. Regardless if you decide to purchase any items from us, please feel free to email us at charitiesatheart@spoilies.com to let us know who you would like to make donations to and we vow to do so.

Do you ship to my country?
Currently, Spoilies only ships domestically throughout the United States.
Made in the USA Products
While we sell products made throughout the world, we also want to let our customers know that a lot of our inventory was made in the USA.
Return Policy
Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the items are in their original packaging and condition. If an item is damaged, we will approve an exchange for an equal item or store credit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Larger and heavier items such as dog beds and feeders that are returned are subject to a $30 restocking fee, no exceptions. Please send all returns to 416 S. Spring Street, #706, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Processing of returns may take up to 30 days. Spoilies is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
